Bio

My name is Marco Teodosio, 40 years old, born and raised in Foz do Arelho, Portugal. Fell in love with the sea when I was young and started Bodyboarding at my local beach at age 12. In 2019 surf spots got very crowded here and trying to keep my contact with the ocean I discover my new passion, the stand up paddle sports.

Competed in my first race that same year at the Portugese National long distance championships, never stopped training since that time. The love for the sport is so big that I decided to make the ASI instructors course and share my knowledge and passion with other people.

Love being in contact with the nature, to be on the water, a good training and a good challenge.
