Hello, my name is Lucas Chicoy and I am 12 years old. I am just a kid who enjoys paddling with my NSP gear at my club Parres in Alicante.

I started in this sport when I was 5 years old as a form of entertainment, but about 3 years ago I have started to train more seriously and compete in sup paddle. 2022 I came second in the Valencian Community in my category and 2023 I placed third. I came first in the Spanish Long Distance championship in Melilla. Second in the Spanish Sprint and Long Distance Championship in Cabo de Palos.

In 2024 I will compete in the Sub-14 class and although my teammates are very good, I am going to do my best to obtain a good result and enjoy the moment. The feeling I get from being on my board with the paddle in the middle of the sea is hard to describe. I want to continue training, battle and advance in this sport with my club and my coach Daniel Parres.
