BIO
Brandon started paddling flat water sprint canoe’s at the age of 13, racing at the Provincal and National level. At 19 years old, while still racing sprint canoe’s he had the opportunity to represent Canada at two Dragon boat World Champions in 1997 and 1999, as well as the Hong Kong International festival. Stepping away from the sport at 22 to focus on his education, work and then family.
In 2015 Brandon started paddling SUP as a way to reconnect with the water and to improve his overall fitness. However quickly regained his competative paddling instinct and desire to train and race again.
In 2018 Brandon joined the NSP team taking his paddling to higher levels and racing in some of the biggest races in North America. His core principals of paddling is one that has never changed, being outside and on the water on any given day. Chasing self improvement while also sharing the stoke of SUP with his friends.
