BIO

Penny’s background is in winter sports. When she young she was a race athlete in skiing and for some years, she was a coach at the local race ski team.

Unfortunately, at the age of 15 she tore the ACL and miniscus and since then she had many surgeries. Due to knee osteoarthritis, she was looking for an aerobic sport other than running or cycling.

In 2018 she bought an inflatable sup and it was “love at first sight”. After a few months, she bought a race board and started participating in competitions.
