BIO
Alberto Maria Casella was born on 25 August 2004 in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Rome, the capital of Italy, where he lives and trains normally on the river Tiber at one of the more important paddling clubs in the canoe world, the Canottieri Aniene.
Although Alberto does not live by the sea, he had the opportunity to improve his sup racing performance by twice a week going to Civitavecchia, where he SUP surfs, or simply to train in the sea with his fastest board, the NSP NINJA. In the summer months, he moves to his favorite place, Sabaudia, where he spends 3 months at the sea.
Alberto joined the NSP team in 2020 and with his Ninja he won the Italian sup racing title U18. Keep an eye on this young Italian boy he wants to become the world’s best in SUP paddling and from the look of it, he is well on his way to achieving this feat – his love for paddling is real!
