Daniel Parres started windsurfing in 1984, competed in 1985, and participated in the first Spanish championship in 1986, there he has gone through all its modalities getting to be in the world elite and achieving challenges such as the record of the Denia-Ibiza crossing or being one of the first Europeans in Windsurfing the mythical wave of JAWS.
Daniel Parres has always been passionate about competition. He feels a deep connection with the sea, which is why he has dedicated his entire life to the conscious practice of nautical sports, and this is what he wants to convey when he trains athletes, something that goes beyond just a sport.
During his career, he has been a very active part in the evolution of the sport in Spain, with Windsurf / Kitesurf / Stand-up Paddle and surf.
Even the injuries kept him out of the competition for several years, He never give up but he decided to focus more on Stand-Up Paddle which helped him to recover.
