MAIN-SUP ist your perfect school and rental venue for Stand Up Paddling-Experiences in the Frankfurt area. With Courses, Tours, Rental Services and Events, these guys put SUP on the map!

Inspired by the Polynesian Fishermen who first dabbed in SUP, our sport is now growing day-by-day, proving to anyone within fifteen minutes that you can destress, get out there and paddle and have a great time while getting out of your regular comfort zone!

Ever since Robin Kassel paddled his first few customers around back in 2008, countless new fans come to the sport on a weekly basis.

So you’ve never tried Stand-Up Paddling? Now is the time! Every Summer from April to September, you can go out and find them at their different locations along the Main river.  And once you’ve done one of their tours, feel free to rent out some equipment and explore the waterways on your own or with a group of friends – the choice is yours!
