Singapore’s Youth Paddle Academy partners with NSP
Youth Paddle Academy partners with NSP
SINGAPORE, 01 July 2023 — The Singapore Youth Paddle Academy (Academy) and NSP announced joining forces in an exciting collaboration.
The strategic partnership begins with establishing NSP Singapore Team Riders, who will be proudly representing the brand, the Academy and Singapore in forthcoming standup paddle (SUP) local and international competitions.
A global brand of SUP and surfboards that have been around for over 20 years, NSP has racked up some of the most sought-after and prestigious titles in SUP racing events through their Team Riders. Their range of boards provides the desired advancing solutions not only for the Academy’s racing level, but also for the beginners looking to learn, and intermediates looking to develop their skills and techniques.
Focusing on youth development, the Youth Paddle Academy is a spin-off of a local club, SUP Ventures, with the main goal of bringing children, together with parents, to have fun, be fit and build character along the way, including competitiveness for some, through this particular water sport.

“We impart oceanic knowledge and seek to instil resilience in our students through the sport of SUP.”
“Yes Singapore is not a surfing country, being an island nation though we’re blessed with water surrounding us, that may come with challenging currents and technical waves, not to mention unpredictable winds, perfect training terrain for the Academy to grow our talents”
