Long & SUP Construction

NSP Longboards and SUP’s are manufactured with a super durable E2 Epoxy construction.  We start with a Secure Cell E.P.S. core and a specially designed light weight, fiberglass mat and laminated them together with an expanding epoxy resin.  This expansion creates a “micro sandwich” which helps give additional impact strength to the deck and bottom of the board.  The decks also combine lengthwise Uni-Fiber Strips which add tensile strength.

Lastly the rails of the board are hand glassed with an additional layer of fiberglass reinforcement after the molding process.  The additional fiberglass/epoxy in this critical area of the board will protect from seam splits and rail dings.  A noticeable weight reduction has also been achieved this year n the Longboards and SUP’s thanks to continuous improvements in the laminating process.
